Client Advisor
Location: St James Trust Building, Sydney CBD
Full-time or Part-time including Saturday.
Role Overview:
This is not traditional retail.
At LINDELLI, you are guiding clients through one of the most personal purchases they will make - translating vision into something tangible, considered, and enduring. Part consultant, part creative, part closer.
You will lead private, design-led consultations, shaping custom engagement rings and fine jewellery from first conversation through to final piece. Working within a fast-paced, high-performing environment, you’ll balance instinct, precision, and commercial awareness - delivering an experience that feels effortless, but is anything but.
Responsibilities:
- Lead private consultations, guiding clients through diamond selection, design direction, and customisation with clarity and confidence
- Build strong client relationships through a personalised, considered approach
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable direction for our production team
- Manage the full sales journey - from enquiry and qualification through to quoting, conversion, and aftercare
- Deliver accurate and timely quotes, maintaining transparency at every stage
- Work closely with front-of-house and operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain momentum across multiple clients and projects in a high-volume environment
- Contribute to team performance, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Support ongoing refinement of processes and contribute to broader business growth
About You
- You are a confident salesperson who knows how to build trust and guide clients through to a decision
- You are commercially minded, comfortable discussing pricing and preparing quotes
- You are highly organised, able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
- You are solutions-oriented, particularly in a custom environment where collaboration is key
- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal
- You are warm, engaging, and personable, able to connect with a broad range of clients
- You are adaptable and quick to learn, able to absorb product knowledge and apply it with
- confidence
- You are self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take ownership of your pipeline
- You present with polish and align with a modern, contemporary luxury brand
- Luxury experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think
- commercially, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
